applied to a load of schemes for summer and have begun receiving emails/letters back.

yeahhhh, reality right there. serves me right for my procrastination (n)
though i remember my application for the LSE Choice Summer School was pretty crap LOL. on their waiting list anyway *hopes someone drops out* - well, people didn't turn up to the maths event 2 days ago = tables for me to sit at! :}

still have the bank of america leadership programme's reply to wait on. my application for this was really good, as in really extreme and dramatic. so if i don't get accepted, well that is just an fml moment, ne?

today i went to the dentist with my siblings. although i dont usually think much about teeth, i thought about how bad my teeth are gonna be in 20 years time. imagine getting false teeth!?

so i flopped work today again ,________, uhm. and i tried setting up the canon printer that some family members bought for me <3 uhhh but i need some usb connecting thing o.o no idea where that is. and technology is failing me because i need the internet for the school's revision materials and cannot print them due to the printer flop and that the internet won't open up past papers. and so i get distracted by other websites...

i also did a 15 minute run today, like yesterday. might make it a habit, iono. 15 minutes is better than nothing*

this might sound really weird, but i like feeling sweaty afterwards...

yeah, though i do make it a habit not to post during april-june times?

uhh i do have a new phone and i did take pictures of the maths event @ Cambridge, but my phone has been a poo forever.. and has lost my pictures again D:
sad. loadsa peoples. loadsa maths. loadsa sciences. (+revisionfailureee = my life)

the lecturers were pretty good though, even though they were all teaching irrelevant courses for me (though they were mathsey to the event), compared to the history lecture i went to in february, where the lecture man spoke incredibly quickly o.o blehh. disappointed with the lack of economics references!

duno what to write. this is a fail.
okokay reading old posts, well the Young Enterprise locals round was a few weeks ago.

i just got double-crossed (if that is the phrase) by my little brother.
he knocked on the door and i called "wait!", scootling under my desk beside the wall to creep him when he came in. and before opened did, he laughed and ran back down the stairs, leaving me cramped in the corner =.=' nice.

oohyeahh. my coursework is deteriorating in quality, LOL. just want to get it over with. NEARLY DONE THOUGH.

half term was lazy for me :} as always.
after i waste a few hours doing whatnot, i ask myself why i couldnt have spent the time more productively. the answer is simple: i've lazybones and have such weak will.. if that makes sense. i give in to my laziness =3='

tomorrow i should have finished the cw... or have done some sort of other work! before heading out to have sushi (yay!) in london in the evening with some family, for my cousin Sophie's 18th :3

BEEN CRAVING SUSHI. so should be good :) teehee.

we're all chipping in to get her a tiffany & co necklace/bracelet of somekind, haha.

went to bluewaters for a few hours today, trektrektrek.

finally got a proper blazer for school. nopics ? o.o' and some random bits and bobs. spending my laisee >o<'

ohyeah, guinea pig arrived friday. he/she (i'll call it a 'he') is such a fattyyyy lol!

argh, cant rotate it!
he's quite a scaredy little (or not) thing, about 1.5 years old - i havent even touched him with my bare hands yet as he stops scarily and scarpers the times i had tried. when i was alone with him yesterday, he kept squeaking! o: (for food, no doubt). and likes to look up in the fridge when we open it (more signs of being a fatty). however, since giving it endless amounts of hay, food and cage-changes, i think he realises that he can be even more lazy than before and has stopped "playing" around ¬¬

i still dont think he has a name. since me and my little brother and sister were arguing over it.. we still havent made a decision. anyways, i dont think we'll be keeping him for long as my dad doesnt like furry animals and my parents were talking about giving him to someone else, hah. but there's still the big bags of hay and food so iduno~

aidan's coming tomorrow morning! he's like a little man now, LOl.
he still says "da lei!" (hit you) with the hand motions (slaps) x___x but has at least learnt how to kiss people afterwards, haha!

anyways, i misplaced my purse today. and i dont even think i lost it, i think someone took it from me.___.' i dont like accusing people but i see no other explanation for it, since i always keep it in the usual places! i think it was when i put it down this morning in form, whilst putting some stuff away in my locker that it happened... o.o

my oyster card was in there, as well as typical pursey things like money and pictures. i hate applying for stuff like oysters (they take long) but SIGH. and my purse was cute.. ¬¬
back of my earring is still lost. what else?

joined young enterprise in our school last week, so there's work for that too.
i also finally went to see head of maths department about further maths again - turns out he forgot to call and ask about my tuition classes for it LOl. so i'm not the only forgetful one!

tomorrow is crit thinking (long) and going out to "research" about different types of paper. nice, lol.

my gold earring fell on my bag on the floor this morning and i watched it fly somewhere but cant find it. WHERE could it have landed?! im going to forget very soon and accidentally hoover it up.
this reminds me of all the other bits of jewellery i have lost in the past. ahem, needless to say which is why i have so little MUAHAHAHA. several lost bracelets, rings and earrings. never to be found again.

hi there~
happy lunar new year!
today i went to my family's to celebrate at lunch :P despite having to begin history revision. i've decided to ask for an extension in eng cw since i would die from stress otherwise (and how we hate that). so must work hard!
but yes, i wrote my history notes and should know most of them so i'm taking a break blogging!

so i was at cambridge from 3rd-5th February for their shadowing scheme 2011.
upcoming the event i received many emails in preparation for the event and also exchanged many emails with my shadow volunteer. her name was Harriet and she was very nice! on the first day we first went to put our things away.

i was staying in a guest room at Christ's college and it was rather hotel-ly. but we looked around this college later on and it's rather comfy - i also saw two student's rooms which were in different 'courts' to mine and they were a lot nicer (modern) and looked more like how university students live!

we also went to see a debate in their union (or something). there were some MPs and lawyer there - i can only remember David Lammy. the motion was something about the current government.. lols lets just say one side was against the current gov't and one was for? and i loved it! there weren't any space left in the chamber so we watched it on a bigscreen at the student union which was nice too. very lively debate - one of the speakers used an allegory of Harry Potter for the current government, haha.. although not many people clapped at it .___.' i wonder why.

on friday, Harriet showed me around some colleges such as King's, Trinity, Clare's.. (can't remember them all) on our way to her history lecture. oh and we went into the University Library with all published books in the UK. it was big... very big, haha. also passed the Economics Faculty (which looked like a dull block LOL. didnt manage to go inside though ):). didn't take very many pictures at all, unfortunately lol. but they were only the outsides so you could go see them if you wanted? :P
we met up with another shadow volunteer, Joanna, and her shadow also because they were doing History, too. then we skipped off to Harriet's supervision which was an interesting insight to learning at Cambridge.

i think we then went for lunch and then Fitzwilliams Museum for a few hours.
and then to a Debating Workshop where we got to go inside the chambers~
i wanted to debate but i was mightily chilled in there =.=' think i might've had a small cold or something.

then dinner.. oh and then to St. John's college quickly and to Trinity Hall for the pub quiz (not at a pub. and with no alcohol lol). it was SQUISHY to say the least, haha. about 100 people in one room, most of us on the floor. the quiz was very.. i suppose it was typical but i only knew about 1 question out of about 70+. about history and things o.o''''' which i would never have known lols.
and then we saw an ICE performance (improvised ..comical??.. entertainment?) where they improvised acts using games and it was hilarious! hahaha. still thinking about the "conjoined" applicant to be member of parliament scene, hehe. that was 5/5.

forgot quite a lot of this ><" there was an admissions meeting on the saturday morning, then we walked around and went home! it was so windy in cambridge LOL. really really windy! but it's a lovely town with great community spirit.

i dont remember ever having cafe nero but their hot chocolates are heaven P:

i be going away for a few days. then back with a heap of english coursework and history revision (n). it's to shadow a history student at cambridge for a few days.
sorry i probably wont take a lot of pictures because i dont like acting like a tourist. but who knows? i hope im not too dull because im not that interested in work .______.'
still havent packed. and i need to go wash my hair again and help 'clean up' for chinese new year after this~

and apparently we're getting a guinea pig o.o' it's (they duno if its a girl or boy) my cousins but they cant look after it anymore -o- and apparently he/she is very lazy and loves to eat. welcome to the family, LOL. he/she is coming on friday (i wont be here) and me and my little brother and sister are squabbling over its name. they want to call it: "spike" or "randy" or some other random name =.= NOOOooOooOOOoo. i dont like those names! wth! so this is gonna be interesting.

hiya,

i had a long/weird day. went to school in the morning, yet my 1st lesson was cancelled! so i mucked around -.- i also had 2nd free and had a dentist consultation thing after so went right home with no lessons! woo~ and then the dentist took forever, i mean we were like 2nd in the room and about 12ish patients came in after us and went in before us. delayed over an hour.

the dentist that "consulted" me was okay but not that nice, kinda made me freak out when i neednt be. took xray and then went to book an appointment. and how lucky was it that they had more than enough appointments later for me to have the root canal =.=' (sarcasm)
so didnt eat or drink beforehand and went in and yeah. all done!
the other dentists were mega mega nice. nicest dentists i've ever met (although i only spoke two sentences to them before i was sedated). yay for that.

was really dizzy after, think i slept on the car ride home. and couldnt walk balanced.... headache/tummy ache etc, but they were all symptoms of the sedation. and i feel fine now, about 3 hours later, which is great!
yayay. worried about discolouration of tooth though. i swear i heard my other dentist (too many dentists which i dont know names of =.=) say something about it. and im researching researching..... apparently they do but "new technology" means they dont? so that means it depends who did my tooth and what technology they used? ¬¬ how am i gonna find that out. ROAR. paranoiaiaiodhfadsf.

now that was the boring bit. SCHOOLWORK =.= grrr. wanted to sleep soon.

hi guys. i've been on some antibiotics since.. tuesday?
and i usually cannot swallow tablets/capsules so i was so impressed with myself, taking 3 a day for.. 3 days?
i took one this morning.
but at lunch.. i just could not swallow it. and it stayed in my mouth. i drank two bottles of water trying to drink the capsule down (usually need a gulp) and felt so bloated with water T.T grrr!
and i tried three differnet capsules which is a day's worth of medication =.= two fell on the floor and i threw the last one out the window because i was so fed up!
and now that i'm at home, i just attempted swallowing again and faileeddddddddddd.
WHYYY. WHY TODAY? so disappointed in myself, sighh.

post looked empty so i quickly quickly snapped this and felt like spraying on it in paint. thus it looked 'bare' pixilated (madeupword)

wahhhhh D;
technically, i got "the" infection (makes me sound so diseased, haha!) months ago yet i only started using medication a few days ago. so it shouldnt really matter? but the instructions say to keep using the antibiotics and i just FAILLEDDD D;
i already fail enough without needing to fail at eating stuff. great.

forgot to mention that yesterday was the day of maths C1 and 2 exams!
people keep saying i'm jinxing my grades by saying the test was easy ¬¬ i didnt get everything right but i dont think anyone could deny that.

ahem, load of work today. and i just came back up from having some Indian food with my family, muahaha. my dad likes to order Indian foods at night sometimes, and we all go to eat it, despite having dinner at 5-6pm hehheh.

so yeah, i still havent completed some English work (english is long anyway.. and ugh...) for tomorrow. hopefully will be okay. busybusybusy~ lots of essays, yay yay. all due next week so hopefully i'll do them all soon!

i wonder why i waste so much time, sometimes. should be doing some work now but yeah =3='

need to tidy my computer files too. took hours for this laptop to load today, and it only loaded after i typed on the keyboard asking it why it wouldnt open up for me ¬¬" yeah, it really helps, having imaginery instant messaging conversations with my laptop. !

i disconnected my external harddrive (when the lappie was failing to load) so now the only pictures accompanying this post are extremely random. they're the only blog-type ones i have here.

ahhh.............. good times at the dentists as always.
ever since i heard my tooth could be dead (few months ago) i did all my research on this and that about it and scared the crap out of myself. having come back to that time... well...
to be honest, wikipedia makes it all look fineeee. but even wikipedia mentions how "root canal therapy is one of the most feared dental procedures, perhaps because of a painful abscess that necessitated the root canal procedure". I prefer it's name: endodontic therapy. sounds so much nicer.

"However, dental professionals assert that modern root canal treatment is relatively painless because the pain can be controlled with a local anaesthetic during the procedure and pain control medication can be used before and/or after treatment assuming that the dentist takes the time to administer one. However, in some cases it may be very difficult to achieve pain control before performing a root canal." - YEAHH well this other dentist better be professional, since it was the last one that "traumatised" my tooth to death!
and i'm going under sedation again, cos i'm a wimp and i hate needles.. so YEAH, BE GOOD, DENTIST!
i swear last time they said i couldnt use sedation anymore though, cos i've used it too many times and might have something wrong with me if i use the sedating thing again. oh well, was a few months ago. at least i wont remember the procedure. my dentist said "it's not a very nice one".

i am so amused right now.

today i was bored (but really), so played disney monopoly with my younger brother and sisters. watched shrek. watched narnia (which i havent seen all of before o.o" ooh).

and lols... really. i mustve eaten more than per usual the past week. yesterday.. i dont even want to remember how full i've been, lololol. and yet after stepping on the scales a moment ago, i'm quite impressed at the holiday spirit. i weigh less than usual? and im sure i've been eating the same old junk (if not more) with no added amount of exercise. how encouraging. unless the weight starts piling back on next week. better quit eating so much while i'm ahead o:

on a more normal note, i failed my history test badly today *n* and i dont really care in this particular occasion, which i will regret when we actually get the tests handed back.

i've been a complete crybaby last/this week D: better stop that before it gets into a habit.. yeahh, what a weirdo.

i think i literally need to man up.

it snowed last week *o* brr. which was nice, though cold, as the school often gave us kids leeway with shoewear and leaving earlier :3

uhh.. i began knitted last week or something. i actually learnt to knit when i was about 9 or 10 but haven't sinced, so it was.. something to take my mind off things Lol. this pic was from a while ago, so the thing is maybe double that size? i did a knitting pattern.. so it's a little more difficult than just the average knit (meaning i made a mess of it, luls). i also used too many stitches so it's not even scarf-worthy. it's not like i was planning to give it to anyone anyway, it's just a spare-time thing. it really got me thinking about design, sewing and stuff. dont worry, i suck at making things, so i probably wont go too far into it :3

i have the most dumb picture folder full of webcam images. i'm not even going to lie, a lot of them are of myself (being dumb and bored). but they're all oldd, because my four eyes reflect *__* so i avoid webcam pics now.

to be honest, i don't know much about it but that the songs the contestants must submit are popular korean ones.. which i listen to hahas~ so they applicants must sing kpop songs, to try and become a new korean idol?

so i have a lot of news to catch up on but i'll just state the main bits which i remember :)
btw the photo-taking of meals isn't going well at all LOl. maybe christmas time?

one of the days i went out with my family last week, my whole day was filled with yummmyyy food P:

i remembering eating a steak bake kind of thing on the way to bluewaters, we also went yum cha at the peninsula, in Greenwich. then for dinner we went to tgi fridays and i had.. scampi, chicken and mash thing :3 it was yummy!
and when we went home there was an indian takeaway from tiffin tims :3 yumyumyum. haha, fatty!

i didnt do much shopping though i was looking forward to the day out >__>
(it looked more appetizing than this >__> crap phonecam and edit LOL).

i also went to a few other places last week >___> rawh. did not do much homework :x

on saturday 30/10/10 i went to mcm anime expo. i was so lazy that i really didnt wanna go but felt bad because i said i would ¬¬ the weather was all bright and cool. so i brought a coat. big mistake because i ended up carrying it around all day D:

hi guys~
late blog. i woke up at 8:05am today (20 minutes later than planned) to get ready for a critical thinking session @ school. then went to ilford to get burger king with some friends, etc and went back to a friends house for a while before tuition for maths started. pretty nice :D

tuition is always so funny, although the work is hard. i'm not exaggerating but i'm the least-great at maths in that tuition class >o< suddenly another mr.aroui came out! i didnt realise our teacher had a TWIN x__x they looked very similar, with only slight differences! LOL.

i had a load of work to do today. but i didnt manage to finish it.. got distracted after dinner by friends and the xfactor. i dont really like the xfactor but sometimes it's pretty funny and i sit to watch when some interesting contestants go up; hehe, one direction and the (in)famous katie, although i think her performance was great tonight.

late time. time just flies~
i'm dedicating tmr to homework and revision. busy week!

Year 12: CUSU Shadowing Scheme + Extra Curricular!

Yesterday night, friend of mine told me about a shadow scheme Cambridge Universitiy is having.
(sorry i still duno how to link pictures) The CUSU site is pretty cool :3
the scheme is open to students who began Year 12 in September 2010 (like me!) who'd like to experience life at Cambridge under the wing of students already studying there! More information can be found at: http://www.cusu.cam.ac.uk/prospective/target/shadowing/. I believe that it is mainly for students with little family experience of universities.

I didn't see any harm in applying, so i did (although it was pretty late; hopefully the organisers won't think that i'm some nocturnal creature!). It doesn't take very long but you also need a teacher and a parent/guardian to fill a form out for you too. Now, for my extra curricular I am currently involved in:

Helping 1 year 7 art class per week (this may increase later to art + photography with more classes)

Debating Society (held once a week)
The Economist (first meeting is next week)

I would really like to get involved in some sports again, though finding time to do so may be tricky..

GCSE Art

I have finally received a letter about getting some GCSE Art + Design work back. Will get them on the 9th of November :3
By the way, if there are any KS3 or KS4 students (or even A-Level if you'd like some advice :D) who would like to ask me for help in Art/Photography, please do! I'd gladly help you guys out (for your reference, i achieved an A* in both this summer).

Weekend Plans

Ahh, tomorrow is Critical Thinking + Maths tuition. i dont remember/learn very well in these >__>
i have 3 tests next week (although one will happen on two different days), and one in every subject this thursday Dx i wont even revise for them properly, too much pre-halfterm work!

It's near to two of my little cousins' birthdays this week and my family are celebrating on Sunday. Sadly, I may have to miss the feast and celebration due to studying x___x my baby cousin is also returning to the UK this weekend from HK :3 hopefully will see him walking soon!

btw i played with the make up i got. i look like a 5 year old playing with her mum's make up. so dont expect me to use that stuff! lol wonky cam pic i tried this and it does have blue shimmery bits in it! it looks nice when applying on the nails but when you layer more than once, the colour will darken.. so right now you cant see the blue bits ): i'll do just one NEAT layer next time!

hiya! i finally went shopping today, my parents took me and my brother out ;)
i forgot about that thing i said about taking pictures of what i eat ¬¬"
i'll do that when i get a smaller camera, kay? so crap quality pictures coming up for now.

the pshe presentation didnt go that well, but a lot of the presentations were pretty funny and some were sad ("i believe" project). me and my friends put our board up at the front of the hall against the.. wall? but didnt introduce it. the head of year said she wanted to keep it after, so i suppose it's not that big of a waste.

we went to Lakeside, Thurrock after school. TRAFFIC for about an hour. on the way, we saw a guy (well, my mum saw a guy) in the bushes, probably peeing, and after he came out me and my brother jeered as he jogged a LONg way (probably.. 150metres?) back to his vehicle as we drove alongside, haha.

i didn't find my boots or a coat, but i saw some lovely knit cardis :3 i might just get a huge one to make up for the loss of a coat, next time. i saw a gorgeous, soft yellow scarf in Zara :3 i've lost a couple of my scarves from home o.o'
i asked the lady for a new one and the one she gave me looked like it was falling apart O.O but i thought i should just deal with it.. baka. my new warm scarf :3

i dont wear make-up but in Superdrugs, i just saw all these colours and i wanted them =.=" so i thought, "why not". will play with them later, haha. oh, the lipstick's in 206 nude pink, by Rimmel; 195 perfect plum, by Rimmel.. if you wanna know anything just ask! the varnish has reflective bluey parts :3

blogspot is being a complete baby and is unwilling in uploading pictures. it took me over 20 minutes just for the above two -.-"

i got some earrings and other stuff, including the great gatsy guide~ not the one from my to-buy list, but good enough :3

i don't seem to be doing any much work, really. today i helped out in a year 7 art class during my only free period, and it was pretty fun and cute to be there even though i didn't contribute much :) seeing all the littluns reminded me when i first began high school!

it was such a pretty day today.
i realised how nice it was to have windows on my slanted ceiling (i live in the loft) because i could look up at the sky and pretend i was lying in a park or something, watching the clouds go by :3

i stayed at home today, planning on doing my homework.
i only managed to make myself complete.. 2? and amazingly did some chores as well as watch Playful Kiss episode 9 ^^ starring Kim Hyun Joong and Jeong So Min.

yuh.. im so bad at this, i might just stop calling it a blog^0^

i've been walking around a lot, been shopping quite a bit.
the other day i saw that the Bear Factory were selling Sanrio teddies :3 and we all know sanrio!! i even took a (bad) picture of chococat which i liked the best out of the characters :)

anywho, today was result's day! i was pretty scared for a few nights recently, but was probably more excited as the day came :)
i woke at 7am ¬¬" texting my friend, decided to check two of my results online (it was only one board who offered this service).
the results page just opens when you log in, so without preparation i saw that i got:

was mega shocked and happy for Art :3 was worrying about that one!

went into school at 9:30am, had to wait a while to get the rest. my headteacher pulled me and four other students for a picture because of our grades ]: (i didnt even open mine at this time).

and finally, today i went yum cha with my family. there were 21 of us, including 11 kids (includes me .___.) lmao. afterwards we went to play some football~

i have been looking through old photos and home videos recently ;D
i decided to post even though i have no proof right now .__. because i'm on my little sister's computer - mine is getting slow like me :P

yesterday i went to my grandparents again~ ate so much TT______TT my grandparents dont want me to go hungry ahhaha! am still teaching my grandmama how to use the computer. which reminds me, i need to find some writing chinese machine thingy for grandma!
today was my aunty's birthday so we went to yum cha. that's two days in a row for me and my brother! (he came with me and grandparents yesterday too). then my little brother and sister went to the FUNFAIR with my little cousins whilst the elder ones went to canary wharf shopping thingy. i actually wanted to go to the funfair >_____> but i have heard that it wasn't the kind i liked anyway^^;
i like those old fashion funfairs with stalls and prizes ;D all rides excluded!

i want a goldfish now. i've had plenty in the past but i dont think i looked after them well^^; i remember the last goldfish.. called Summer? she lived in a sandcastle bucket LOL. and one day i decided to give her a new home because the bucket seemed cramped. uhh... i put her in a tray, against my mother's advice on moving her. and the next morning... she must have.. pretended at being a dolphin?

hi guys~
i think the last post was pictures. dont really remember ^^;

today i.. did not take pictures :/ apart from a random painting on the wall in a hospital if it counts.

i woke up pretty late today. i knew i was going with my aunty to take my grandad to his hospital appointment, but it was at 1pmish so i thought i had plenty of time.
but i had to rush out, hair wet and all D:

we got to st. pauls, grabbed a sandwich (because i didnt eat >,<) and went in. the doctor was over an hour late, which is always nice. grandad says he is fine (y) was a bit worried because he seemed worried when he called me earlier but i'm sure his sight will get better hopefully after the treatment.

we went to chinatown after and me, my grandma and aunty walked around (i have no idea of the street names) Regent Street? and around oxford street. pfft. i was in such a rush this morning that i grabbed the wrong pants. they were at least two sizes too big TT________TT how embarrassing, my pants kept falling down. bought another pair which were really comfy :3 thanks grandma~ and thanks to my aunty for treating me a lot today!

we ate at Joy King Lams in chinatown. my friends spoke of it to me previously but i didn't realise i have actually been there a few times before ¬¬" yuh, it was yummy P:

pretty tired afterwards, we went to visit my uncle's future home which is being decorated, fixed up etcetc. then home~ wrestling with my little cousin for a while >D i'm strong!

mh, a lot has been going on.
to sum up the majority of it, a lot of kdrama, mapling and kprogrammes and whatnot :3
kkokko tour~ finally watched both season 1 and 2^^; amy and minwoo couple, hwaiting~

yes, one day i got too bored and downloaded maple again on my little sister' comp =3=" woot.

okay i'll write down what i remember now (using a calender to help me .___.)
oh yes, on the 4th of July my auntie and uncle took me out to lunch with my baby cousin, Aidan ;D we went to 'the diner', an american.. restaurant? near bethnal green. gawsh, from around hackney to bethnal green and liverpool street.. i love the area :D we went to the Museum of Childhood which was nice~ aidan was such a cutie all day as usual, hehe :3 i take mainly videos cos the pictures are slow (yes, still havent got the camera yet -3-) but woo~ accidental flash shot instead of video >< he laughs so much now, how sweet!!!

i visited my grandparents twice last week. teaching my grandma how to use her computer! it is hard work, you know. on saturday we went to canary wharf, walked around, had lunch. i took my mum to the same place today. she keeps saying that i tricked her because i showed her the wrong carpark and we had to walk "half a mile" to the shops ><" heheh..

hey guys

something major happened last night which was quite major.
it really brought to my attention how poorly unorganised the british police force are. i mean, i always knew that some people thought they were bad but i didn't have firsthand experience of it. don't worry, nothing's happened to me -o- i've watched police programmes where they show themselves capturing the baddies. i also know that they would never air any issues about them flopping
obviously; these shows just try to make us have more confidence in the forces.

i had thought about what my a-levels could take me to and i did realise that: Maths, Economics, History and English Lit would best take me to a Law or History course. History just because i enjoy it. I never had an interest in the idea of law (because i'm such a coward. i'd get worried about each case and give myself nightmares?!) but i have read some novels to do with law.. and can see how helpful it is and can see myself enjoying it. On the plus, taking Law means that I could work in a large firm which is what i really want to do. I'm also one to research a lot, think of arguments.. maybe Law is for me afterall o:

i just think that justice should be given to the innocent, like Britain who is a nation well known to strongly follow this idea for the safety of everyone. however, the way that some of the metropolitan police behave and respond to accusations is atrocious. we need more people out there to support those in need of help. i always thought that the police were there to protect the people of our society - heck, becoming a policewoman was the first aspiration for myself as a young child - but as i have grown older, i've come to understand that this isn't really the case a lot of the time. they're there to follow rules, however amazingly inaccurate they are for particular cases. on their job, they're not to work like sensitive and ordinary people and they don't try to understand. i understand that this is to make their job easier but if they're trying to protect us, they honestly need to do a better job of it. so becoming a good Lawyer could mean that I'd be helping others in response to the law and different victims who need the help. it would mean challenging the police forces anbd figures who think that they have a high status in society, which they may rightfully have but should keep a good reputation of. I'd love to do this, and for this to happen I need to overcome my own fears for the better of others.

Let's fight for justice, everyone.

my baby cousin Aidan came over again today ^0^ he sat in this ball pit (ball pit? o.o) uh, well.. you know those plastic balls that you play in? yes, those!
my phone is downstairs somewhere so no pictures ): a bit lazy right now. but he's so cute x3 i put him to sleep in my room a few hours ago and he slept for about an hour before going home~ good baby.

it's been really difficult getting to sleep due to hayfever symptoms and the heat recently -.-" sigh. i have a fan on now for when i sleep (dont worry, its timed ;P) but it doesnt help the hayfever! D:

i've been really thoughtful for the past few days =o= i mean, i've been thinking a lot. i think i need to be less forgiving. i always think this, but i never really stop so i'm gonna try harder to forgive people less. otherwise i'd be taken a fool, psh.

hey if you've ever watched Chibi Maruko Chan, or 小丸子 ^^;
then you should know she carries a cute red backpack to school called a Randoseru.
(yeah sorry cant find her actually showing one but she's wearing it!)
they're traditional in Japan for elementary school children to have and is very durable for a couple of years (most people would say that they never need replacing).

in korea, i'd noticed more men were wearing cute backpacks similar to this style (but obvs for men) (LOL bad picture, sry!)

i failed to bring much evidence of my day again .__." but i have truthful words, say.

went to my cousins first and then off to follow mum with my brother to the hairdressers because she was having a haircut. i ended up having one as well - ¬¬ you know i dont like them LOL. she even 'curled' my hair for me. it wasnt really.. curly, just the ends. looks all bulky when i tied it up pfft. not really my style at all!

then i watched the england vs slovenia match with the family. hahas, first 20 minutes and defoe? defoe scored :) they won anyways, which was good ahhas. apparently i "know more football" than some guy friends, which is always good to hear -.- yus, i then went to meet up with some friends to watch a movie. it was very hot today S: cant stand the heat, arh!

we took a bus to Odeon and waited for some others and then went in to watch.. *gets ticket*

today i woke up around 7am to the sound of ferocious buzzing. i assumed it was either a bee/wasp or a huge fly. so i kept under the duvet as i didnt want to confront it. it buzzed several times in short periods, i guess trying to escape out of the window.

this has happened a few times when dumb bugs don't realise that the glass is glass or the window is closed. i thought it was 10/11am but it was SEVEN AM so i went back to "sleep". i jumped out of bed to open the blinds a little (i think it was trapped under the blinds for a few days LOL!) woke again before 9am to what i think was the fly/wasp/bee hacking my duvet. so i got out and opened the window. but the bugs are always so dumb; when the window is right open they still decide to fly up to the glass. i think its gone now, anyway, thank goodness.

i'm supposed to be revising for biology tomorrow. i still have two modules to do ¬¬
not in the mood after my junkie and lazy time.

you know, uploading photographs is long because i need to get the usb cord out, make it connect, etc. hm, i need to find out how to use the bluetooth on this computer LOL. that would be so much easier! i'll do that when my two exams are over ;)

hi guys~
its so cloudy today but i managed to get out of bed to follow my mum around.
so revision is lacking (as always)

we first went to cricklewood Wing Yip which is a Chinese supermarket and i was waiting around for mum ¬¬" then we left to Brent Cross which was pretty long. i was bummed that we were spending ages walking everywhere and not actually buying >( so i got some moneys from the cash machine and then am pretty happy with my shirty :)
also got dad his father's day pressie~ obvs had mum help to choose LOL because i'm awful at buying stuff for him. but i think this year it will be alright thanks for mum's help hahas.

i ate a frankfurter bun earlier

uh, and there was traffic

i'm really bad at the photo taking LOL.
bought some pocky and stuff too, but too lazy to picture it. my phone is slow (oh yeah, it was in the car yesterday hahas..)

hiya~
today i woke up at 6:58am but went back to sleep because i didn't want David Cameron on my mind in the morning (i had a dream he was evacuating all the children of England o:) and then woke up again at 9:20am i think, rushing out because my parents were taking me out.

First we went to the hospital for my mum's appointment.
Poor mum has had injections quite a lot recently ): she has gotten better though, i believe.

Then we ate a buffet lunch and kelly got so full up!
and got to Lakeside to walk around.
i got really tired looking for dresses - you guys know i'm not one to go shopping for clothes lmao. so me and mum found a dress (technically mum finds the dresses because i just follow her ><) and i think it's ok; i really didn't want to look any further for one hahas.

this dress reminds me of a DUCK ^^; hahas, if i had a duck mask it would go perfectly lmao but it is ok, although the top section is a little weird ¬¬" so you guys will see after prom because i dont want to post anything up :)

i also bought a hairbrush, because i'm a tramp and don't really brush my hair LOL. but this one i thought was cute because when you pull on the metal bristle thing, it bounces back so it doesnt bend :) fun to play with hah! *research* its called a cushion pin brush. naaiiiice

there was also another dress "for school". it was really nice actually but although the size 6 fitted me, i couldn't breathe. hahas, that'll teach me for being a greedy pig at lunch! so i'll keep the dress till later to see if it still fits ><" uhh.. i suppose i owe pictures. this is so boring though! *goes to find stuff*

okay i forgot to eat dinner lmao so i just ate. cannot find my phone to take a picture of the stuff so will resort to webcam -,-

...okay forget it, i fail .___." taking pictures of buys is harder than i thought.

managed it -,- *sniff* hayfever season, i hate, i hate.

i am so full up after having lunch in docklands with my mum and auntie.

i'm sorry i didn't take many photos yesterday ):
i have a very good excuse though! i was playing with.. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5+ little cousins yesterday~ yess. we played hide and seek and i hid until the duvet. they couldn't find me and decided to stop playing without me ): so i was left hot under the covers yelling their names till i realised so -.-"

we also did some colouring in my room as i was putting the baby to sleep. it was TOO noisy though so he didn't settle down ): they also left a lot of toys up here.. hahas!

yes i'm quite inconsistent with blogging. but since my exams are nearly over, maybe i'll contribute more :)

i am so excited for this summer, despite high chances i'll be attacked with hay fever, bugs and fluff. i've even got a list ready! i'll add to it whenever i think of something new :3 last night (or was it the night before) i came up with:

take little cousins on a day trip out
visit some more markets :)
go on day trip with grandparent (they're coming back from Hong Kong on Sunday morning and i'll be going off at 4/5am to pick them up^^;)
visit art galleries with little brother and sister
eat some cream puffs :)
and i also wrote to "organise" something. must be something with some friends lmao.

i still need to find a dress for prom, although i have a back up one. prom is on the 1st. i actually don't like parties and the idea of prom, but i suppose it is getting together with people in my year group for the last time!

what else? yes im in the middle of some yucky exams and should actually be revising, but its English Lang tomorrow and i don't really mind^^;

what else? oh dear, memory failure; i already said that. i've been watching a lot of korean shows recently, i.e. we got married, kko tour? i finished Birth of a Rich Man the other week --> it was good, hahas!

im sorry. i'll post regularly in the holidays because i NEED to get my act together.
will take a few more weeks though, and my exams are in less than a month ):

ive had a HORRID toothpain after i thought my tooth went normal again (after around 8-9months =.=) and now im SO worried its something serious. dental phobia is such crap, i wish i didnt have it. i was looking up root canal and shizz, dont even understand much it just sounds horrifying. i hope my tooth isnt dead, its VERY sensitive to pressure ):

I'm really sorry that for the past few weeks I haven't been attending Chinese school. This is because I needed to do some English school exam prep (this would have been photography etc i've talked about before), I hope you won't mind. hahahas, i think i wrote something to close it after. so, tomorrow i have English afterschool (last week it was.. rather tiring..) and then must do Biology hw and Art hw. wonderful~ (and that should be it unless my Business teacher unwillingly decides to give me work too D:) i might not post every day. i need time out.

i bought a manga, because i felt like it lols >o< they never have the mangas i read in stock so i always end up starting new ones again and again and never finishing them >< or the mangas they do have are tatty so i dont buy them, hahas im so picky.
i've been buying books from waterstones for years. so i'm really jealous of those loyalty cards they have and i dont! xO it makes me feel like i waste a lot of money on books! -3-
